Welcome to Goddess Winter. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of goddesswinter.com and any related products or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Custom trading cards, proxy cards, playtest cards, fan-art cards, tokens, and similar products are unofficial. They are not represented as authentic cards manufactured by the publisher of the underlying game and may not be legal for sanctioned tournament play.
Third-party trademarks, characters, game elements, artwork, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. References to them do not imply sponsorship, authorization, affiliation, or endorsement.
Production methods and materials may vary between products or product lines.
Digital products, if offered, are subject to any terms stated on the applicable product page. Unless stated otherwise, they may not be resold or redistributed.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason.
Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees may be added at checkout.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

You may not use the Services unlawfully, interfere with the site, access accounts or data without permission, spread malware, commit fraud, harass others, scrape or copy the site at scale, or bypass security or access restrictions.
We may limit or block automated access or accounts that misuse the Services.
8. Third-Party Services and Shopify
The Services may rely on Shopify and other third-party providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Goddess Winter is the seller of products purchased from this store. Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and is not the seller of Goddess Winter products.
We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content.
