Where We Ship

Goddess Winter ships within the United States and to eligible international destinations.

International shipping availability depends on your destination and the shipping services available at checkout. If shipping is not offered for your address at checkout, we cannot currently accept an order for that destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and postal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. We will contact you if an order requires additional processing time.

United States Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Free U.S. shipping on eligible orders of $30 or more.

Shipping costs for U.S. orders under $30 are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

For eligible international destinations, available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout.

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination, package weight, and available shipping service.

Free U.S. shipping promotions do not apply to international orders unless expressly stated.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs processing fees, or carrier handling charges.

Depending on the destination and checkout configuration, certain duties and taxes may be collected at checkout. Other charges may be assessed by the destination country's customs authorities or delivery carrier.

Customers are responsible for applicable import charges not collected at checkout.

These charges are separate from shipping fees, and their amounts are determined by the destination country or carrier.

Customs inspections and clearance procedures may cause additional delivery delays.

Delivery Times & Tracking

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available for the selected shipping service.

Shipping Problems & Support

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please submit a request through our Customer Support form.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your request in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
